We’re looking for a Country Manager to lead and develop Wix.com in Brazil. We seek a leader to take ownership of the Brazilian market growth. This includes understanding the local market, competitors, partners, blockers and opportunities, and working closely with our Product and Dev teams to ensure best of breed products for the Brazilian market.
A versatile leader, with the ability to work independently, take ownership and accountability. You have strategic understanding and the ability to analyze the Brazilian market, create a growth plan and execute. You are also a product enthusiast with an entrepreneurial spirit and a serious appetite for growth, as you need to help form our product roadmap to ensure optimal product localization for Brazil.
You also have the ability to advise Marketing as to the optimal strategy for Brazil and execute local marketing initiatives. You’re highly motivated with strong communication skills, a self-starter who picks things up quickly. You can work on your own while driving
programs with colleagues from around the globe, and you are familiar with Brazilian's internet ecosystem.
Lead and grow our Brazilian team on the ground to support our local activities
Build up our brand locally by driving high impact partnerships
Identify the right partnerships and integrations, and drive execution
Be the focal point of all Brazil market knowledge from all perspectives - product,users, competitors, optional integrations, etc. and share back with HQ
Map the main blockers for Wix in Brazil and build a plan to tackle them
Work with all groups in Wix and advise product and dev teams as for the rightsolutions for the Brazilan market
Manage the process of ongoing local product research including competitorsanalysis
Communicate with users and partners and advocate their feedback across Wix
