You will be responsible for addressing complex problems by collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders. Drive end-to-end product design by defining requirements and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
Lead project discovery and delivery, often serving as the main project lead.
Design and launch high-quality features from initial concepts to final implementation.
Conduct user research and analyze data to better understand customer needs.
Make product decisions that align with user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure design quality alongside technical feasibility.
Contribute to and refine the design system, creating reusable patterns for the product.
Design solutions that integrate effectively across both software and physical operations.
Stay updated on new design tools and methodologies, including AI-assisted approaches.
Facilitate communication with stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout the design process.
6+ years of experience in product design at fast-paced companies.
Experience as a generalist in product design, comfortable with research, UI design, and systems thinking.
Strong project management skills, with a proven history of driving projects to completion.
Excellent visual design skills across hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and distill complex problems into clear milestones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with a wide range of user research methodologies.
Interest in new design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
