Reflaunt is a fashion-tech startup that aims to accelerate the world’s transition to circular fashion by enabling fashion brands and retailers to enter the resale market. This is done through a number of resale services developed by Reflaunt. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for the digital products that Reflaunt offers as part of the resale services. This involves being part of the full design process from research, prototyping and design development, to delivering approved designs to the engineering team. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and comfortable working independently. You will be expected to utilise your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, bringing forward your own ideas and suggestions.
- Iterating on our existing products – you will undertake research and collate data to understand how customers are reacting to our products and assess the areas of improvements.
- Collaborating alongside the Product Managers and Brand Partnerships team to brainstorm and identify new opportunities. You will be the one to turn the ideas into working prototypes to communicate possible solutions and gain feedback on.
- Ensure consistency and quality across everything – you strive to produce beautiful designs that don’t compromise on functionality and maintain a human-centred approach.
- Design with scalability in mind – each digital product is offered to multiple fashion brands and retailers so maintaining and updating the core design system is a key part of the role.
- Ad-hoc general design requests – confident in supporting the wider teams with the occasional design request, unrelated to product. This could range from creating marketing banners, social media content to preparing artwork to be printed.
- Having completed a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in design or related design field
- Proven ability in creating wireframes and user flow diagrams
- Proficient using Figma for design and prototyping
- A portfolio demonstrating examples of previous product design projects
- A sharp eye for detail and knowledge of current design trends
- Communication skills – you should be able to articulate your design decisions
