At Shakers, we’re partnering with a global leader in luxury fashion technology, to find a Mid-Level Product Designer to join a cross-functional product team working on internal B2B platforms and back-office tools used daily by operational teams and external partners worldwide.
This is a hands-on product role focused on solving complex workflow challenges and designing scalable, high-impact solutions in a fast-moving, international environment.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and shape solutions.
Translate business and user needs into clear, efficient B2B experiences.
Design complex user flows, including edge cases, states, and business logic.
Participate in discovery activities (research, interviews, usability testing, validation).
Deliver end-to-end design work — from wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes.
Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency through design systems.
Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Monitor product impact and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Proven experience as a Product Designer in digital product teams.
Background designing B2B products, internal tools, or complex platforms.
Strong UX/UI craft with attention to structure, clarity, and execution quality.
Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
Ability to explain design decisions using data, research, and business context.
Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional squads (Product + Engineering).
Autonomous mindset with strong ownership and communication skills.
Proficiency with Figma (or similar tools).
Professional English required (Portuguese is a plus).
