About the job

PURPOSE OF THE FUNCTION:

As Social Media Manager and Content Creator, you assist the Digital Marketing Team in planning creative formats for text and video publications for external target groups (end users and healthcare professionals) to brand awareness for our urology product portfolio and increase website traffic and sample requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main tasks include (but are not limited to):

Social Media

•Setting up and launching a Facebook Account for Urology Care
•Content creation for different social media platforms
•Editorial content plan and internal approval
•Analysis and evaluation of campaigns
•Support for evaluation of online surveys
•Support the launch of the EMEA Facebook Account and content creation
•Support marketing automation process

Email Newsletter and BLOG

•Content creation for newsletters and BLOG
•Editorial content plan and internal approval
•Managing database, following GDPR regulations
•Sending newsletters to different distribution lists in different languages

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•Experience in social media marketing
•Experience in content creation and text writing
•Experience in medical device industry, especially legal requirements for advertising medical devices
•Computer Skills: Proficient in Social Media Tools (e.g. Canva, Meta, Video, Graphics, Content Planning), Windows, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
•Communication Skills: Communicate verbally and written with a diverse audience (internal and external). Knowledge of good written business communications for mainly B2C but also B2B (newsletters, social media, online campaigns).
•Excellent in English language
•Organizational Skills: high degree of personal responsibility, used to working on several projects in parallel, Ability to work independently, accept accountability, and be self-motivated.
•Interpersonal: Creative, collaborate, hands-on mentality, team player, reliable and thorough, organizational skills, good time management

WORKING CONDITIONS

•Internal – Office environment, remote work possible
•External - Travel as required for the tasks to be completed.
