Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Work on social media growth tools and campaigns regularly.
Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to X.com, Discord, and LinkedIn.
Design and produce high quality viral content that resonate with our target audience.
Monitor social media trends, news, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
Analyse social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with social media algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise organic reach and engagement.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to drive innovation in social media efforts.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in the Web3 industry.
Experience with DeFi platforms is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
Mid to high-level knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Fluency in English.
Experience with Discord and Telegram channels.
Bonus points for experience with community platforms such as Zealy, Layer3, Galxe, Gleam, etc.
