Our AI-driven technology analyzes videos of users performing exercises in real-time, acting as a virtual referee and coach to help people worldwide enhance their sports performance and physical activity. We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape our user experiences.

This role is on-site and requires you to spend your time in our Braga office.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces that ensure a seamless user journey across our digital touchpoints. From wireframes and prototypes to final UI designs, your work will be central to delivering a user-centered experience that reflects our brand’s mission.

Responsibilities:

- User Interface Design: Create visually appealing and functional UI designs that enhance the user experience on web and mobile applications.

- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively.

- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, identify pain points, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.

- Collaborative Design: Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand messaging and functionality.

- Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

- Innovative Solutions: Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance our platform’s user experience and meet evolving user needs.

- Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices (desktop and mobile).

Minimum Qualifications:

- Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.

- User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, with experience in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Visual Design Skills: Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and brand-consistent visuals with tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Experience with Agile: Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating on projects with cross-functional teams.

- Design System Management: Familiarity with maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and scalability.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Nice-to-have:

- Motion Graphics & Animation: Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) to create engaging micro-interactions and animations.

- Front-End Understanding: Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.

- Hands-on experience with A/B Testing and Analytics Tools to optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights.
